Used to loved using the public transportation when I was a bit younger, but now they don’t seem to stand up for any positive change for the community that relies on public transportation. I have never seen people more unprofessional in my life to be quite fair. I get that drivers are just trying to work their 9-5 at this point, but what happend to people who work with the public having good morals and integrity. What’s even more sad is to watch our people treat our own like we are nothing. I understand people in the city are not easy to deal with, but that goes back to CATS lack of training for their employees pertaining to dealing with people in the public.
