アップデートしてから3日間無料しか選択肢がなく、直後にキャンセルしましたが不本意に課金させられました。返金を希望します。
アプリから問い合わせようとしましたが、入力欄も送信ボタンも入力パッドに隠れて送れません。改善をお願いします。

後日、無事返金されました。ありがとうございます。
全データを削除してログアウトしてからアプリ削除したいのに課金の画面から遷移せず何も出来ません。愛猫を人質に取られた気分です。

※追記2※  5/25
ログアウトするために3日間無料で入り、ログアウトしてすぐ解約しアプリ削除したのに1,800円請求がきました。Appleに返金申請しましたが無理とのこと。ログアウトする為だけに1,800円かかりました。詐欺ですね。

嘔吐繰り返してて口内炎の痛みも辛いはずなのに、スコア90以上で元気と判定。

注射の後寝ている時に撮ったら、健康スコア10。診察を受けるようにとの事。

登録しても「決済を開始できませんでした」とメッセージが出て先に進めません。そもそも最初は無料でお試しできるとあるのですがその選択肢がありません。
飼い猫の関節炎の疑いがあり、ネット検索したところこちらのアプリに辿り着きました。ぜひ使ってみたいです。どうすればいいのでしょうか？

ログインしても課金を誘導するポップアップがずっと消えず、以前のログなども見れなくなった。元の仕様に戻してほしい。もしくは最初から有料アプリとして販売すべき。

アップルで返金申請をしましたが、無理で困っています。入るにしても、一年契約なんてしないのに‥だったら、１ヶ月とかにして欲しいです。生活費のためにお金を入れていたのに猫の餌もかえなくなります。ワクチンにも行かなければならないのに…

Je souhaitais tester cette application avec un essai gratuit de 3 jours , au moment de valider, je vois bien la somme de 59,99€/ 1 an sauf que généralement tout les achats intégrés ce font comme cela si nous oublions de résilier l’ abonnement nous somme facturé de la somme réelle plus tard … voulant tester j’active la demande et je vais directement dans mon compte abonnement pour enclencher la résiliation de suite … sauf qu’au final je me rends compte que j’ai comme l’impression que mon essai de 3 jours gratuit n’apparaît pas et que j’ai réellement activé un achat sur 1 an … ce que je ne comprends pas car j’ai bien sélectionné essai 3 jours… donc cela est un vis caché faire croire que nous pouvons tester l’application pendant 3 Jours gratuitement et un mensonge et une sorte d’escroquerie … j’ai signalé l’application à Apple Store et demandé un remboursement à l’application et à Apple Store
