## What is Cauzl?

Cauzl is designed to be fast enough to use in the moment — during a symptom, after a meal, first thing in the morning. The less friction between you and logging, the better your data. And better data means clearer answers.

BUILD YOUR TILE PAD
Create tiles for anything you want to track — headaches, sleep, medications, meals, exercise, mood. Each tile is a one-tap log. Tap to record. Done.

FLEXIBLE LOGGING
Every tile can have custom fields: scales, toggles, text notes, duration timers, dropdown selections. Log exactly what matters, nothing more.

TRACK MEDICATIONS
Set up medication tiles with daily or as-needed schedules. Get reminders when it's time to take them. Log dose, quantity, and status — taken or skipped — every time.

SPOT THE PATTERNS
Browse your history by day or calendar view. See what you logged and when. Connect the dots between events and how you feel.

WORKS OFFLINE
Everything saves locally first. Sync to the cloud when you're connected. Your data is always available, always yours.

Cauzl is free to download and use.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### v1.12 — 2026-09-29

- Any tile can now show when you last logged it. Turn on "Show last logged" in a tile's settings (works on tiles larger than 1×1)
- Tile icons are now organized into categories, with a few new ones added, and we can add more over time without an app update
- Insights now looks at your last 90 days instead of 30, giving correlations more data to work with
- Insights tells you when your Health data doesn't cover the full 90 days. Refresh it in Settings to pull in the full history
- Tab bar icons are darker and easier to read

### v1.11 — 2026-08-20

* Medication doses now show up in your history — see exactly what you took, how much, and when
* Track medications with precise sub-milligram doses using a new slider input
* Medication tiles on the pad and Apple Watch now show total quantity taken, not just a checkmark
* Fixed: editing an old timed event could occasionally lose its start and end times
* Bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements

### v1.10 — 2026-08-11

* Your Apple Watch now shows how many times you've logged each tile today
* Marking a medication as skipped no longer stops its daily reminder from coming back
* Medication reminders are checked and repaired each time you open Cauzl
* The app icon badge now consistently shows how many medications you still have left to log today
* Removed repeat medication reminders — they weren't working reliably and will return in a better form

### v1.9 — 2026-08-05

* Log events and start or stop timed events from your Apple Watch
* Set severity with the Digital Crown when you stop a timed event
* Add a Cauzl complication to your watch face for one-tap access
* Medication reminders now have Taken and Skipped buttons — log without opening the app
* Timed event reminders have a Stop button

### v1.8 — 2026-07-14

* Adjust tile size to your preference — choose Compact, Standard, or Spacious in Settings
* Spanned event reminders are now more reliable when a log is completed or edited outside the usual flow
* Bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements
