We just ordered right now and it seemed to be fine but the last time we ordered I accidentally had to redo our entire order three times and it was pretty frustrating. I think it was because of the Rewards and trying to use them. I expected it to pop up at the end of my order and it was at the beginning so it was easy to overlook other than that. The app looks really cool and everything else seems to be pretty intuitive. I use an iPhone SE2 and the new app version is unusable. It is impossible to customize a bowl because half the menu items are hidden behind this dumb new popup customization screen. You can remove all the ingredients you want but God help you if you want add spinach, it’s impossible to access!
