Pre-booked taxi hours in advance but was unable to find a driver when the time came. Completely useless as a app if the drivers ignore pick up requests!

Love the app, but there is a serious flaw in the card payment and Apple Pay function. I always get declined and have to pay cash in car, which is really annoying. 
Asked them about it, but they didn’t seem too bothered about helping me fix the issue.

The app is super easy to use as you can change the payment method any time you like and book ahead of time- the drivers are always lovely too :)
