## What is Cavnter?

Cavnter is a daily tracker for calories, habits, or any unit you count. Spin the wheel, tap a quantity, and the day updates. Swipe to move between days. Open the calendar to review your progress over time.

• Wheel input: spin to pick a quantity, with haptic ticks.
• Quantity buttons: set your own one-tap amounts.
• Calorie calculator: enter the kcal and protein per 100 g, enter the grams you ate, and log the result.
• Favorites: save frequent entries and log them with one tap.
• Daily max: set a limit and watch each day fill toward it.
• Notes: keep short notes for every day.
• Calendar: see all your days at a glance.
• Presets: start as a calories tracker or as a single-unit counter.
• Reminders: local notifications nudge you to log.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Cavnter has no account and no sign-up. Everything you track stays on your device. The app collects no analytics, shows no ads, and uses no third-party tracking. Export a JSON backup at any time from Settings and store it wherever you want.
