App is up to date but keeps crashing when trying to open, unable to use it

Constantly has glitches and close when trying to upload receipt images. Tells you you have submitted a receipt when you haven’t.
Tells you there’s only 1 outstanding receipt when there’s more.
Sort this out. It’s a poor app so far.
