For the last few months when trying to open my debit cards on the app, it almost never opens. Would love for the developer of this app to update this.

What has happened, I can never get this app to open anymore, maybe once out of 6 times over several days. It’s very frustrating to have to go into internet banking to check something when you’re in a hurry.

Most apps work just fine with password managers.  This one doesn’t have the data needed for a password manager to automatically detect this is CB&S bank so several more steps are needed to get it to fill in.

The app continually says”The Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version”. I would hope that when I open it from the App Store, it’s the latest version. I can only use it 50% of the time.

I have a horrible time using the mobile app! Several times it would not even open to let me use my finger print or user name and password. I love the people that work at my branch;  but the app leaves a lot to be desired.

Since COVID the bank nearest me closed down, so I drive an hour to the closest one there and back to deposit my checks. Over a month ago the app quit working, I have an iPhone 11 up to date and the app is up to date as well. I try to open it every time before I go to the bank hoping it will work so I can do a mobile deposit but, no.

This app definitely has issues that need to be addressed. It used to work great but it slowly went downhill over the past few months. Constant error messages when attempting to login…and now the app will not even launch at all. It just shows a blank white screen. I have deleted the app and re-downloaded in an attempt to try to make it work again but to no avail.

In a world where most banks have incredible apps, CB&S has probably the most antiquated UI that I’ve seen in a banking app…..oh, that’s only when it actually works.

App is great except that I have to delete the app every couple of days and re-download it because fingerprint ID quits working. This is the only app I have that does this and I have called multiple times and can’t get a fix. Very frustrating. RandyC14

This app is awful!!!. 
Rarely works!
Slow!
God Forbid you need to deposit or withdraw money while it’s “down”(more often than not). Oh and if you accidentally overdraft and need to carry some money over from savings, go ahead and
 count yourself screwed. Will be swapping Banks because of this app!!!!!:D.

This app is terrible. I’m leaving this bank it’s so bad. No matter how many times you update it, uninstall then reinstall, call the help line etc. It is constantly crashing and most of the time I can’t even get into my account. I’ve also had issues with payments not being posted when they say they would. It’s an all around pain and just not good. I do not recommend this financial institution or app.

the banking app does nothing but open to a blank white screen deleted and download it four times nothing changes does the same thing can’t even get it to stay open for more then a minute with the blank white screen

This is great for keeping your account in check at any time and place from your phone, but that’s IF it decides to work, it’s almost always crashing and not working and very annoying when you need to know your balance or something. It can go on for a week that it doesn’t work.
I’ve been trying to get this app to work, deleting it and reloading it over and over for weeks now and it will reload but won’t open, says it needs to upgraded but when it takes me to the App Store to upgrade it, the button is not pushable, so not even that works.

I updated to the most recent version when it released last week. It crashes before it even gets to the splash screen. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and doing a hard reboot. Same result.
