I can acces my accounts. Online deposit is easy. First, the app scans my face which logs me in but then kicks me out after 15 seconds. Then, when I get kicked out I type in my credentials which says wrong password but when I try the exact password again, I am able to enter my bank account. This issue has been going on for a couple months now. The login process is way too tedious to do every time I try logging in. So, if there is any possible way I can fix this issue on my side that would be great but I’m unsure how to do so. Not designed for mobile at all. Buttons are too small to tap, often text has to be zoomed to read. The screenshots are a lie, it has no biometric support and mobile deposits are completely missing. Whichever 3rd party they want through for this, they should get a refund and replace. It was easy to use, it had Touch ID, and it did everything you needed it to do. This new app is absolutely atrocious. Every time I try signing in I get security prompts. It should not be the case. The text code feature doesn’t work. The call function is the only feature that gets me in. Tried to open it via the link in the browser and that also wasn’t recognized. The app was obviously not properly tested. Piece of junk! ### 1/5 — WORST APP EVER *2022-03-17, version 10.5.0.1* I can’t even register for the app when I hit the agree button it says I have to read the disclosures but yet there isn’t anywhere to click to read the disclosures, so I went back to home page clicked on disclosures opened it and skimmed through. After that I went back to register and still says the same thing. I’m at a lost here. Never had so much trouble registering on an app. Worst banking app I’ve ever seen can’t even say had because I never actually have had the app because it won’t let me register ### 1/5 — Terrible Banking app *2021-11-13, version 10.5.0.1* Having transactions posted in red led me to believe I had overdrawn my account. I called support in a state of panic and wasted their time and mine trying to decipher my account balance. No financial institution should post withdrawals in red. Also I could not access more than one month’s activity. They kept saying it was my devices at fault. Both my phone and IPad?!!! Don’t try to fix this app. Whoever developed it needs to start over. Bad function all the way around. Yet every time I deposit it mobile you do this and I have to fight to get it removed. It’s not fun having only one income that gets deposited and I can’t use it lol.
