The AR view in room feature has disappeared! I am at my wits end trying to troubleshoot my phone/ipad. Seems to be across all devices.

Although it’s great, they have an AR feature to view a piece of furniture in my room, it simply does not work. All I see is the furniture floating in black space. My app is up-to-date and it just doesn’t work.

I love cb2 but hate the fact that curbside pickup never works on the app. I can never check in & always have to end up calling the store waiting 20 minutes for my curbside order which defeats the purpose of

Ive been buying from this store from the moment i walked into one. CB2 is the perfect modern affordable chic and slick brand. My whole home is CB2 cause i just cant get enough of it. No other store, cheaper or more expensive, have the items they have. And the good thing about this brand is that items are timeless and cohesive regardless of which season you bought items in.

The CB2 app is otherwise great—it does what the website does but better without needing to worry about refreshing or logging in. But there’s a big problem: it is literally impossible to see any reviews in the app. If you expand “reviews,” a white, blank space is all you get. If you click “view all”—again, all the necessary buttons show up but there are no reviews in sight, just a white space. This issue has been going on for multiple years, and they really need to fix it.

### 1/5 — Dysfunctional app / Search not working

The search functionality doesn’t work. Basic keywords such as “closet”get results for savon bottle bracket, storage box, towel rack. The product team should QA test the app entirely because nothing works. Even signing from the website doesn’t work (autofill is disabled), which is why I installed the app. But the app is not functioning at all.

Unfortunately, something happened to the CB2 app around the end of Summer 2024 after some redesign - saved items are never correctly saved in my wish lists, items disappear from the wish lists and are being replaced by random items I’ve never selected. The card loads forever. It was a good app only a few months ago, with just a few minor ordeals. Now it’s very disappointing. (I have a professional account with CB2 and shop almost monthly.)

This app is frustrating because half the time I can’t get either of the above to work. I’m trying to buy stuff right now but it won’t let me add to the cart. So I have to remember the item names and order them in the browser. Side note: Can you guys make it so we can delete past lists? I have several blank “saved for later lists” I can’t get rid of. I love the store and brand but the app isn’t working well for me. For reference this is an iPhone 13 IOS 17.5.1.
