En un nuevo paso para acercarse a los vecinos y potenciar la reducción de expedientes y papeleo sobre diferentes reclamos cuya resolción depende de la Municipalidad de Córdoba. A través de este sistema entrega en forma directa los requerimientos de los ciudadanos para que sean resueltos en lo inmediato.

Para los vecinos:
- El registro es muy sencillo, nombre, apellido, email que debe ser validado.
- Se pueden crear requerimientos y conocer el avance de las resoluciones.
- Los requerimientos deberán completarse con:
   - Servicio y motivo
   - Descripción del motivo
   - Fotografía
   - Ubicación indicando calle y número o barrio.

Las áreas operativas reciben los requerimientos con los datos cargados por el vecino con información geolocalizada para su mejor organización interna.
