## What is CBBI?

The CBBI index was created by " Colin Talks Crypto " on CBBI.info and is the average of 11 different metrics to help get a better idea of where we are in the bitcoin bull run (and bear market) cycle. By following the CBBI index confidence metric we can better predict when to sell bitcoin, when to buy bitcoin (in bear market) and if an Altcoin season is on the horizon after a real peak.
