So overall there’s no way to transfer money to someone and be able to share proof of transfer. ### 1/5 — App stopped logging in after recent update. *2024-07-13, version 9.0.0* Ap started giving error & stopped logging in after new update. While have been receiving emails since last week that there’s is new update coming promising new exciting feature. Has no problems until today when it keeps saying your networks settings need changing despite being on the same “network settings” for over a year. I simply can’t log into to see my bank details. The pop up crashes the app! Tried connecting on the phone and social media nobody is interested to help. I filled complaint on your official website and told me about manager as well but no response whatsoever. Very sad with the technical error Please solve ASAP ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — One time code hindrance *2026-07-22, version 9.1.23* I can’t access the one time code feature and I’m unable to make payments ### 1/5 — Don’t deal with this bank *2025-10-14, version 9.1.0* I am paying every month full amount of due payment as per my statement, I found AED:617 interest and when I asked about it, they told me that I applied for EPP for transaction made after the statement date and the credited amount of the EPP not included in total amount in statement because it was posted after the date of statement ### 1/5 — Hungry for money *2025-09-30, version 9.1.0* Although they blocked my credit card and the phone app a year ago and suspended all services because my ID was expired. But I am still being charged for the credit card fee. The card can not be cancelled because bank wants to make sure ONLY via call that I am the legit owner and wants to cancel the card (that is blocked since a year). This is how bank literally takes care of you, because they do receive 10000 of requests from different people who want to cancel the credit card of other customers. ### 1/5 — angry *2025-03-13, version 9.0.14* worst customer service ever just put person to talk to ### 1/5 — Well that was a fail … *2025-02-02, version 9.0.13* They update the design of the app and it’s almost impossibly slow to use. Shocking. Held out for a couple of months but I’ll be closing my account and moving elsewhere after 10 years of custom. Sad Also, security is limited. While they do use facial videos in specific scenarios 1) Special password characters are limited to only . and _ 2) You cannot paste passwords into the app which limits the use of complex passwords and password managers 3) 2FA must use SMS which means the 2FA will always be on the same phone that may get stollen (= pointless). This also must be the same numbers as the day to day baking sms notifications 4) Email address can be changed without re-entering the password via the mobile app (again, if stollen and the thief has your device passcode then they can change this) ### 1/5 — Well that was a fail … *2024-09-17* They update the design of the app and it’s almost impossibly slow to use. Shocking. Held out for a couple of months but I’ll be closing my account and moving elsewhere after 10 years of custom. Sad ### 1/5 — Poor banking app *2024-08-30, version 9.0.3* Worst banking app of my money was debiting from my account with my permission it’s happened two times when report I didn’t get response from bank and call center staff are not supported.. ### 1/5 — Chatbots slow and unhelpful *2024-07-31, version 9.0.1* After numerous attempts to reach a human on the call centers and being on hold for over an hour. I tried the chat. It was just as useless.
