This app always have an issue splatter the recent patches. It used to be working with minor sync problems. Once the app is updated which forced me to do so, the application is not working at all and failing due to sync problems. Not able to make any transactions and already cost me a lot. That need to do better!! smh

Yesterday July 3, 2026 I updated the CBE iOS app. After the update, I was unable to log in using biometrics. The app displays the message: “Sign in with your PIN first. Biometrics will be set up automatically.” However, when I try to enter my PIN, the app gets stuck on the biometric screen with the fingerprint icon or not redirecting to PIN insertion Form, and there is no option to enter the PIN. Please investigate and help resolve this issue.

The current screenshot function does not capture the complete page and includes unnecessary sections. Please improve the functionality by adding a Download button that enables users to download the full page directly. The download feature should work similarly to the services provided by other banks, such as BOA and Awash Bank.

The bank office is the worest they have a lot of customers and no customer service no professionalism and when it comes to the app it won’t work more than 1 month straight and I will have to go the bank to fix it and like I told u where u trying to go there is no work ethics so how will u want go there I hate it
