### 1/5 — About the linked bank account feature not working

Whenever the CBE mobile banking app fails, this app used to be a great alternative because you can still have an access to your linked bank account. But the linked bank account feature that allows you to pull money from your CBE account has not been working for quite some time and you guys have not been able to get it working. Please try to fix this issue as soon as you can.

Biometrics don’t work, it doesn’t support face id if u turn on the biometrics by mistake u have to uninstall and install the App again to use the App again.

The app was functioning well until I activated Face ID. Now, when I try to log in, I'm only given the option to use Face ID, and there's no way to enter my PIN. Every time I press the Face ID button to sign in, the app crashes. It looks like I need to reset the app completely. 🤦‍♂️
