CBED - Coached by Ed Jane is an online coaching app tailored specifically for clients. You will have everything you need in one place at the touch of a button to help achieve your health and fitness aspirations. Included will be training and nutrition plans along with the ability to monitor body and lifestyle metrics, weekly check in forms and access to an array of educational videos provided by me.
