I want to say though the food today was not up to the standards today. The food was cold and took a LONG time. Our waitress was so busy and had to many tables on a busy Sunday morning. There was an individual at the end of the bar who was being overly loud ,obnoxious and using profanity every second word. The bartender was still overserving him while we waited for service. We were not going to stay and listen to him ranting and raving profanities. I talked to the waitress on the way out to complain about this and she told me she would speak to the manager about it. Staff should be educated and empowered to deal with these situations and not continue to overserve individuals like this. It didn’t come with maple syrup even though the menu states that it is part of the meal. So disappointing. Waitress put my friend’s beer on my bill and was unable to move it over without getting a manager. She forgot my friend’s extra salsa that she requested when she ordered. Waitress complained about having to climb the stairs so many times and lastly we were given 2 side plates that were dirty.
