By forcing an absurd administrative burden onto their members, they make it nearly impossible to successfully lodge a claim. They’ve systematically closed off functional channels, funneling users into a black hole of 'claim emails' that are rejected reflexively. This isn't just incompetence; it's a transparent strategy to exhaust policyholders until they abandon what they are rightfully owed. Their business model seems to rely on draining your time through endless, circular email chains rather than actually providing the coverage you pay for. It is an insulting, predatory way to treat members. Because of this systemic failure, I will be escalating this matter by lodging a formal complaint with the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman (PHIO) and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) to ensure these obstructive practices are investigated. ### 5/5 — It is working *2026-01-22, version 3.3* The app is simple and fast to claim my appointments. ### 1/5 — I can’t log in to my account *2026-01-08, version 3.3* I tried to logged in a couple of times, and I even tried to reset my password but still it keep of saying the details don’t match ### 1/5 — Can’t Log In *2024-11-03, version 2.3.0* I tried logging in multiple times, changed my password multiple times as well, uninstalled and reinstalled but still does not allow me to log in. “membership number or password is incorrect”. Even called customer service but the issue is too technical they can’t help me. Don’t know what to do. ### 1/5 — Avoid at all cost! *2024-07-26, version 2.2.0* Every time i deal with CBHS related to my claims its just really bad. Whatever is written on their website isn’t accurate when its time to get a claim. Sent a claim and it says on the website that I have been paid when they sent the claim amount to the hospital.. Why would they send it to the hospital when I had to pay the hospital directly with a proof of invoice?! So stupid and did not even bother to update me via email.
