If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. The app makes you click on each transaction to see what it was because they clog up the description with the time and other numbers so you can’t actually see the business you made the purchase from without opening up each individual transaction. Super weird. And they also don’t post purchases immediately they put them as pending for a few days.

When I called in to report it, it didn’t seem like the person that answered really cared or would report. In the past, the system has been very picky as to exactly what words are written and without the app to display the words, I think deposits will be rejected.
