## What is CBMP課程?

「自在人生自學計劃」是由婦女事務委員會倡議發起、香港都會大學李嘉誠專業進修學院及新城電台合辦，為針對婦女需要而設的創新學習計劃，旨在提高參加者的學習能力，幫助他們培養求知慾、發揮個人潛能、肯定自我，以正面態度面對不同挑戰，從而開創更精彩的人生。
