The app on Apple TV keeps crashing back to home screen during the start of watching CBN. Is there a way to stop the crashing?

I really enjoy this app. It offers meaningful, faith-centered content that brings encouragement and easy to use. My favorite show is Heaven meets Earth with Abigail. Such an uplifting show, thank u Abi!

Tried to launch the app today and got the message "Unable to load your content entitlements." Then it crashed. So I thought Id delete it and down load it again. After downloading I launched the app and it worked with no problems at all. Then I closed it and relaunched it and the same message came up again "Unable to load your content entitlements." Please fix. Im on iPhone Xs max iOS 17.7.2.
