But the functionality of the app is a lot less to be desired. There are repeated connection issues, network errors and constant buffering (spinning wheel or loading bar). My internet is stable and everything else works. So it is not on my end. But I’ve noticed that every time I try to open the app up, it says there’s a network issue, and I have to reset it multiple times for it to work, other than that, perfect app!! However, lately I have seen issues with continual loading wheel when trying to open stories in the app. I have had to open them in browser for it to load. Content is great! The only problem is the screen won’t expand on Apple TV anymore. I would select the live show option, click on small screen (window) on the top left, and the screen would expand. After the iOS 13 update, the screen won’t expand anymore. I’m still able to watch it live, but in a small window. The CBN news app works fine, the problem is with the CBN family app only. Then it crashed. So I thought Id delete it and down load it again. After downloading I launched the app and it worked with no problems at all. Then I closed it and relaunched it and the same message came up again "Unable to load your content entitlements." Please fix. There is no truth in what is said here and the bias is gleaming. Pat misrepresents the gospel and represents republicans! I set up an account, tried to log in, but it says my password is invalid. I requested to change password and received a temporary one. I then tried to change my password, but it keeps saying my old password doesn’t match and that the new one I type in doesn’t match to confirm. I tried SEVERAL times, carefully typing it in, but no luck. Then I tried to send a message to “help”, but it said there was an error and the message couldn’t be sent. Even writing this review isn’t working. It won’t send without a nickname. Everyone I pick is taken, no mater how wild it is. This may never go out. WHhy aren’t you working on exposing the TRUTH like you should be. You’re supposed to be a Christian news network. It doesn’t seem that way. But now, when I click the Sign In button, either select the old email or write it down (as a new one), pressing next would just bring me back to the sign in screen. I can listen to music and watch videos (though it never goes full screen and stays on the guide page), to watch other videos like super book, it will ask me to sign in - which I can’t.
