I really like that I can choose the times I want to eat at too! No more getting my breakfast delivered at dumb o clock in the morning and it getting cold by the time I wake up and want to eat. You can also cancel/change your order as long as it’s not during the timeframes of each meal if you forget something or change your mind. I had no issues signing up for an account and no issues placing my food orders either. Your MRN and hospital code are needed. If you entered properly it brings you to the order page. App is very basic and stripped to almost nothing.
