I was admitted to the hospital today and ordered dinner through the app. I have now spent 90 minutes trying to log in to order breakfast for the morning and am ready to throw my phone out the window. Error messages in every screen. Kicks me back to the login screen halfway though. Where did the ability to screen my barcode go?? It was there three hours ago. The fourth digit of my birth year keeps disappearing, so it’s impossible to get past that page. It didn’t like my hospital ID when I manually type it in. Currently staying in a Hunter New England hospital. Have followed the directions, restarted my phone and connected to the public wifi. Apparently the Facility ID ‘NSWHealth’ is not recognised and I need to try again later. Have tried many MANY times. I called the Cbord customer number and followed the prompts as directed on the website but they only led me to callcentre people who deal with NSW Health STAFF matters, not patient matters. Someone was being sourced to call me to sort this but, now 4 hours later, I’m still waiting. Cant create an account, cant skip as guest, cant order my meals for the next few days that I’m stuck in hospital. I really like that I can choose the times I want to eat at too! No more getting my breakfast delivered at dumb o clock in the morning and it getting cold by the time I wake up and want to eat. You can also cancel/change your order as long as it’s not during the timeframes of each meal if you forget something or change your mind. I had no issues signing up for an account and no issues placing my food orders either. Your MRN and hospital code are needed. If you entered properly it brings you to the order page. App is very basic and stripped to almost nothing. Followed the instructions that were given, was pretty straight forward. The interface was a little bit confusing at first, but it was really helpful to be able to order what I wanted whenever was convenient during the different meal windows. It did log me out during the same day which was a little annoying, but not a big deal. It took me a minute to figure out how to make an account but once I figured it out this app made ordering meals a breeze for the whole 2 days I was in the hospital (for anyone struggling trying to make an account follow the instructions on the back of the hard copy of the hospital cafe menu the hospital gives you. I somehow managed to over look those institutions my first few attempts trying to make an account). I really loved that the app had a picture for each of the food menu items, and that it could let you physically see your order before sending it in. It really helped me be more decisive and ensure I didn’t forget anything I wanted 😊 ### 5/5 — So easy and convenient! *2021-04-16, version 1.5.4* My first time using the app. I loved looking at the items before I ordered them. So easy to select what I wanted as I went through each category. I liked how I knew how much of each category I could order. It was so helpful! I also got my food really fast! Very simple and easy to use. I did notice that there was a harder time ordering in the morning vs the day before. Being in the hospital for many days I tend to walk up early, like 5am. I realized I’d forgotten to order breakfast the day before for that morning, and it took a few tries to get the app to take it.
