ACCOUNTING FOR SMALL BUSINESS OPERATORS You can have access to a personal CFO from your iPhone. The CBOX app lets small business owners record expenses, create invoices, get paid, get expense reimbursements, and perform other accounting functions and transactions, anywhere. Receipts -- Start by downloading our app and using our free receipt scanner to store your business receipts. All you do is take a picture from your phone and the app will maintain a catalogue of all your receipts so that you can review them later or email them to others or share them with anyone. If you want to do more, click on the in-app link to let us know. 2. Invoices -- If you'd like to send invoices to your customers, click upgrade. But don't worry. It's free to start! Our app will allow you to send professional looking invoices with unlimited invoice lines for various goods and services that you have provided to your clients or customers. it will also calculate taxes and each invoice will be stored so that you can always see them quickly on your phone. If you want full-cycle accounting, we can do that too... 3. Accounting and Tax returns -- CBOX can do this for you, too. You'll manage your business actions in CBOX and they will all be processed by our accounting system. CBOX's app and skilled service team will guide you with the following: - manage your bank account; - complete your payroll; - file and pay your sales tax returns; - reimburse your business expenses, and - even prepare your company's T2 tax filing at your year end. WHAT IF I STOP SUBSCRIBING? If after 6 months, you want to switch to a local CPA, or want to adopt a different solution, we will provide you with a data file in a popular accounting program format such as Quickbooks, Xero, Sage 50, etc. that you can hand off to your new service provider or you can use yourself.
