There’s times it shows 110 min wait time and I mentally prepare to leave to get it over with and it’s less than that. Sure it’s a blessing but there’s times it’s shown 60 min wait and it’s gone up to 130 min wait times. Ready lane is not available for pedestrians only for automobiles thereby violating the Americans with disabilities act. The USA give does not care about your grandmother in a wheelchair or who has swollen legs if she does not pay the extortion fee charged through the administrative rules act as the trusted traveler program was created thereby bypassing Congress. The app says 6a-midnight for passenger vehicles. One shows in Sasabe which is not Nogales and the other 2 are not labeled correct. This targets the poor, handicapped and those of color. The data put into this app is dishonest just like the CBP Port Directors putting the false information into the app abusing the public’s trust in their institutions. False reporting of ready lanes being open for pedestrians despite no ready lane access. Why don't you get rid of this app? The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to. What a worthless app and this certainly wasn't the first time. The app stated 45 minutes to pass & it literally took 6 hours to pass. Unrealistic information is provided. The data that is used to provide the estimate is make believe! Yesterday at 1 pm app predicted a 25 min wait yet wait was 1hr 45 minutes. Not the first time. If app states no wait or 5 min. wait perhaps it may be right. But I no longer have the slightest confidence in its accuracy. Once I was asked at the booth how long my wait was. I told them, but the app was not updated, it continued to show a wait of half the amount. I understand the ey don’t have control over how long it takes, but the hourly updates are straight up wrong. Tons of updates have made this perfect for us traveling through Canada for our semi annual family gatherings in Michigan (from Massachusetts). Not only can we check on the multiple border crossings that’s available to us (peace bridge, Lewiston and Niagra) but it also has a map feature that will tell you how long it will take for you to get to each one. It also has links to their webcams so you can see for yourself how busy each border crossing is. Great app, thank you! ### 5/5 — Great App *2019-06-24, version 2.0.0* It’s great for seeing what the shortest wait time is. Brownsville TX has four bridges. The latest update only allows you to see vehicle wait times. If you want to see pedestrian wait times you have to change the settings. It should allow you to see both passenger and pedestrian wait times so you can decide if you want to drive or walk across into the US. ### 5/5 — Very Helpful and Accurate *2019-01-02, version 1.1.1* I just downloaded and used this application for the first time. We’re always concerned about how long the wait is at the border when we return home to the United States. After I opened the application I found it very easy to navigate. It’s really simple and the wait times very accurate. CBP updates the wait times hourly.
