Commercial Bank Mobile Banking uses state of the art security measures. We have added new security measures in the app’s latest version in line with Qatar Central Bank’s regulations. For our users’ convenience, we have provided an option on screen to enter a mobile number if they have trouble receiving the SMS, this can be an international number. 
The new CBsafe ID feature introduced within the Mobile App provides additional security protecting customers from fraudulent calls.

This bank is scamming peoples as they did with me. I requested for bank statement and they send me statement with not mentioned dates while in the email the mentioned dates are correct. I paid 3 times about 100 QAD to get my bank statement. They didn’t mentioned anywhere that if the transaction made on Thursday wouldn’t be mentioned on the statement.

The US dollar transfer is limited to 50,000 QAR. Even though I’ve USD account with 90k balance but can’t transfer more than 50,000 QAR in a go, why???? At QNB you can transfer amounts up to 50,000 USD. I want to transfer my account to QNB.
