I hope the developers take the time to improve this app. It’s already far behind compared to other banking apps. It also keeps closing on its own and suddenly disconnects.

It keeps giving “your session has expired” whenever you try to access anything in account settings. The app is also missing a lot of features. You’re a bank, invest in your app’s UI and features!

I'm really disappointed with this app. It seems to be lacking some basic functions that I'd expect from a modern app. One major issue is that you can't even view the details of your transaction history or access old transactions. It's frustrating to not be able to see my past transactions and get the information I need. Hopefully, the devs will add more features and functionality soon. Until then, it's hard to recommend this app.

The app keeps closing when trying to go to pay or transfer. Had to do multiple tries before it will let you transfer funds without app shutting down

I've been using this app several times, but I notice that every time I log in and try to click anything, I'm automatically logged out.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it many times, but it keeps happening. Please fix this problem immediately.

every time I do transactions on this app it always crashes, i can never do things swiftly with this app ever since, maybe there are just few times that the app works smoothly. Such a disappointment

Still bugging a lot especially when i log in and when I click anything inside the app it automatically log me out, every. single. time. Very frustrating especially when this is my main bank account.

I was unable to log in but shows “Device not registered” while I have been using the same device ever since. The CBS appt is very weird giving a lot of issues. The CBS admin was already aware of the issues but they love ignore it due to the fact that they hate their own business and they don’t care about their customers who always encounter issues on the cbs app.

I already emailed them as you instructed me to do so but no response from them until now

Every time the App was uninstalled after you logged in, it will be added up to your registered devices list. I advise to please email your Account name, User ID, mobile number and email address to helpdesk.cbs@chinabank.ph so they can reset your registered devices list. You may call 8988-7878 for further assistance. Thank you.

Not user friendly. Interface looks like it’s a school project. Keeps logging me out. No option for face ID. Always have to log in with my credentials. When you do log in it says it has a problem connecting to a server - even when I have a stable connection. This app doesn’t look like it was planned. Just looks like the team had no choice but to launch this design.
