There are border crossings missing. You don’t see wait times for some crossings. What’s much worse is that the trip planner ignores the missing crossings. So for example, if you want to go from Bonners Ferry, Idaho , to Yahk, British Columbia, a 40 mile trip via the Eastport/Kingsgate crossing, the app will route you through Couts/Sweetwater in Montana. That’s a detour of hundreds of miles. These omissions of crossings make the trip planner completely useless. ### 1/5 — Unclear and useless *2022-08-21, version 1.1.0* This app is absolutely worthless, it’s poorly designed and not at all clear on how to use it, what’s worse is it doesn’t even have all the border crossings listed and wait times are not acurate! ### 1/5 — inaccurate wait times / not reliable *2022-07-03, version 1.1.0* - very inaccurate wait times making this app pretty much useless. - wait times can sometimes take up to 2 days to be updated - app currently shows Peace Arch is a 10 min wait entering Canada, but traffic is backed up about 1.3 miles, beyond the Pacific Crossing (truck route) exit on I-5 (looking at WADOT traffic cameras), that’s got to be at least 2 hrs wait time - crossed in Aldergrove recently, app said 25 mins, my wait was 50 mins ### 1/5 — Flag should say heading too *2022-06-10, version 1.1.0* Canada flag VS USA flag ### 1/5 — Virtually useless *2020-05-14, version 1.0.9* Added my 2 favorite crossing to Favorites But then when you go to favorites tab it still shows all available all the way across Canada. Id say the summer student developed this app ### 1/5 — Need a Delorean *2019-08-30, version 1.0.9* This app doesn’t believe that my departure time tomorrow morning isn’t in the past...it will only give me information for this time of day tomorrow or later, and keeps telling me “departure date and time cannot be in the past.” We are driving from Seattle to Vancouver and I was just trying to find out what time would be best, since we are entirely flexible. The top banner randomly move on top of the list of port of entries when you scroll down. For some port of entries, the data reported does not seem to not follow CBSA’s rule that the data "is updated at least hourly" (from the web version on the CBSA website). Simple to set your favorites and flip back and forth between the two countries. There is a counterpart version made by USA that is dysfunctional so this is the best at this time. ### 5/5 — It does what it's supposed to do *2018-11-10, version 1.0.7* The data comes from the customs office. The app was updated more than two years ago, at the time of writing this review. Developer and CBSA: Please update the app to support newer and larger iPhones and iOS. I also recommend improving the instructions for new app users and paying attention to the point of entry, US VS Canada, and the time when the wait time was last updated. Additional features are also recommended, such as stats, projected wait times based on last year's experience similar to the CBP app and operating hours of each port of entry. This app has a lot of potentials but in its current form is in dire need of some attention. ### 4/5 — Good job *2019-04-19, version 1.0.9* In privacy settings then location services the name of the app is too long that it overlaps the status. I suggest using a shorter app name.
