## What is CBT Exercises?

CBT Exercises is a personal reflection tool inspired by widely used cognitive behavioral practices.

The guided ABC exercise helps you describe a situation, identify automatic thoughts and emotions, notice physical and behavioral responses, examine the available evidence, and develop a more balanced perspective. You can also use daily, weekly, and free-form journals, quick check-ins, paced breathing, 5–4–3–2–1 sensory orientation, voice notes, and local recordings made with everyone’s consent.

Everything is organized in a searchable library with drafts, favorites, tags, and collections. Insights describe activity, consistency, mood, and recurring emotions without presenting them as clinical assessments. When you choose, you can create a readable PDF to share with a professional.
