### 2/5 — Not voiceover compatible

*2026-06-20, version 3.2.3*

I was suggest to use this app by a medical professional, attractive habits, and it is wonderful for my seeing husband sadly it is not accessible for people who are blind

### 2/5 — No longer updating

*2026-06-19, version 3.2.3*

It worked great and then it stopped updating each day. And it’s the latest version. I’m terrible about doing it manually so half the time don’t even do it. Doctors recommend this app but if it’s not going to work what’s the point. So all I can say is use it until it stops then get rid of it.

### 3/5 — Meh

*2026-06-11, version 3.2.2*

The sleep journal is nice and the meditation audio clips are useful.
The real problem is the advice to solve the sleep problems is quite useless. If I could “just do” the things they suggested then I wouldn’t have the problem in the first place. Very basic advice with no suggestions on how to implement the plans.

### 3/5 — Lack of sounds

*2026-06-04, version 3.2.2*

I wish they would restore the sounds

### 4/5 — Love it, but fix export

*2026-05-28, version 3.2.2*

I use this app for regularly but with one of the most recent updates the export button is no longer working (produces an error). I hope it’s fixed quickly because Id love to keep using it!

### 2/5 — Apple health write data big

*2026-05-25, version 3.2.2*

There's a bug with how CBTI writes data back to Apple health. I track my sleep with my Apple Watch. In the morning I make a data entry into CBTI, which is linked to my Apple health. I make an entry for the previous night. But then shortly thereafter, when looking at my sleep data, I see that CBTI wrote that I had slept over like 35 hours or something. It's clearly getting confused with times and dates. I have disabled CBT's ability to write data to health. App is fine otherwise

### 4/5 — Works fine but can’t export my data to share with cbt-I provider

*2026-05-20, version 3.2.1*

The app worked great for the first couple weeks for therapy sessions but then I haven’t been able to export my data for some reason. Keep seeing a spinner instead.

### 3/5 — Glitchy

*2026-05-09, version 3.2*

I don’t know what happened to this app, it was working fine but since yesterday it somehow pre-populates the boxes with info that I am not entirely where it’s collected from because it’s not matching the info collected by my Apple Watch. If I edit with the correct information and save, it’s only correct for a few minutes then it goes back to the incorrect information. I hope whatever happened will get resolved but some communication about it would be nice.

### 2/5 — After last update, app can’t do math properly

*2026-05-07, version 3.2*

After the last update, on 5/6/26, the app no longer correctly calculates sleep time. It also went back into older data and changed them as well. Not totalling sleep time correctly for current data or saved data recorded prior to the update. Also seems you’ve added a new field named estimated time awake. Not sure why when the app previously determined that by calculation.
Before the update app worked fine.

### 2/5 — Bug

*2026-05-03, version 3.1.3*

It won’t let me enter that I slept from 8pm to 10pm, says I entered a negative number. Maybe I did something wrong idk

### 3/5 — Some refinement of the interface is needed

*2026-04-10, version 3.1.3*

I have 2 issues and have an email out to support on one: 1)Issue setting up connection to apple health and 2) entering sleep times. Without flipping the switch in preferences, starting to make a sleep entry for the first time directs the user to Google’s Health Connect; not helpful on iOS. Entering times past midnight will have the app give the time from the previous day; this limits usability. I also cannot go in and change the day used after making the entry either .
Both of these seem very fixable. I have an email into support on the second. If there are fixes for either one of these I will try to update the review.

### 4/5 — Helpful app for improving sleep

*2026-04-04, version 3.1.3*

I appreciate the features and organization of this app, especially the tools like guided body scans and sounds of nature which helpfully include a timer. The only change I would like to suggest is that the voices guiding the body scan and other tools sound more relaxed and soothing. That would be even more supportive for winding down at night.

### 2/5 — What’s the Point?

*2026-03-21, version 3.1.3*

The app won’t let me start a recommended sleep plan because my sleep efficiency is too low. I was hoping the app would be a tool to help me improve my sleep efficiency and habits. I guess I’ll talk talk to my sleep specialist again for recommendations for others tools to support my journey to better sleep.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Horrible App

*2026-07-11, version 3.2.4*

You’d be better off relying on general information from google or AI. The stories are terrible as sleep aids. The voices can be annoying and the stories are more apt to provide anxiety than help you wind down.

### 1/5 — Sleep

*2026-05-24, version 3.2.2*

Ambient sounds not working

### 1/5 — Corrupts Data

*2026-05-11, version 3.2*

I've been tracking my sleep for many years at this point. I've had chronic insomnia since shortly after I turned 40. I turned 50 this year. This app doesn't just connect to Apple health to read your sleep data, it also adds its own entries and since it does not do it correctly, it corrupts the sleep data you've already been carrying. This meant me going back into the actual sleep data and removing every entry this app made to keep the data clean. Was looking for help… Not a huge mess!

### 1/5 — Months of good data, lost and corrupted

*2026-05-10, version 3.2*

I’ve only been using the app for about 3 months, and it’s been wonderful to hand the data over to my CBT-I doctor. But the latest update is not only slower and weirder (why are you asking me the date and defaulting to October 2025?!) but I just noticed that all my data has been altered, all my comments erased, and now it has entries that date back 4-5 YEARS? What on earth happened? I have an appointment with my doctor in a week and none of this data is valid now!

### 1/5 — Incorrect data

*2026-05-09, version 3.2*

Re-wrote all of my Apple health sleep data with incorrect sleep/in-bed times. Lost years worth of sleep data. No way to revert to correct data.

### 1/5 — Absolutely worthless and corrupt your data

*2026-05-07, version 3.2*

My psychiatrist suggested I use this app to help me check my sleep. I got it to work for a week. After that week, every single entry became a duplicate. Not only that, somehow they were dated to 2023 to now. When I looked at my one week of sleep? I had 37 entries for the last five days. 37 entries, all claiming that they stopped in the last five days, start dating back to 2023, 2024, and 2025.

It corrupted my sleep data, it rewrote entries, and I have spent hours cleaning and correcting and fixing everything it messed up.

Do not use this app, do not use it if you value your data, it is not accurate, it does not track, it does not sync, it will destroy all of your sleep logging.

### 1/5 — Version 3.2 killed data upload ability

*2026-05-06, version 3.2*

I can no longer upload diary data to my provider after the app updated to version 3.2. The loading icon spins continuously with no ability to send data to anyone. I’ve closed and reopened the app, restarted my phone, and tried using 5G and different WiFi. Nothing has worked.

### 1/5 — Waste

*2026-04-09, version 3.1.3*

This app is a waste of time. There are so many extra issues that need to be noted w/in the diary like whether sleep was deep or light, dreams were good bad or non-existent. What am I doing wasting time with this app? Deleting it.

### 1/5 — Almost good

*2026-03-31, version 3.1.3*

I was excited to find a free app to help track my insomnia. I had one horrible nights sleep 2 days ago that I tried to enter. I fell asleep at 9pm and woke up at 12am. That's it. 3 hours sleep. The app wouldn't let me log that, saying that I was trying to log negative numbers... But that's not negative. It's just a sad amount of sleep time. Basically makes the app unusable if it can't register only 3 or 4 hours of sleep. That's what insomnia is! Lack of sleep! Seems like that should be THE basic function of this app.

### 1/5 — Glitches ruin data

*2026-03-09, version 3.1.3*

Whenever I record in the sleep diary and revisit the entry, the times I tracked for waking up in the morning and getting out of bed change by a few hours. I have tried everything I can think of to fix this, and I'm coming up short. Without the app being able to properly save data, this is useless.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Getting the most benefits from my sleep

*2026-07-12, version 3.2.4*

My neurologist suggested I use the CBT-i Coach and I agreed because I would rather fill out some information from my home than to go to a behavioral psychologist. The psychologist I visited did not use the CBT-i program so I told her I could not return for treatment.

There are good helps and I know I can learn more if I seek more help.

### 5/5 — Same tools, no $

*2026-06-04, version 3.2.2*

This app offers the same CBT-i guidance that many, many app charge an arm and a leg for. Relaxation help, information, a sleep log—all right there. Thanks to the Veterans administration for making this info freely available to all.

### 5/5 — Thank you.

I am learning a lot from this app.

*2026-04-08, version 3.1.3*
