I have an iPhone 6 and I cannot go above iOS 12. What they forgot to tell us is that Samsung’s are not comparable to there new system. No apologies were given. There response was “Just that we are working on this issue ”!! Not a 24-hour helpdesk, so asks you to leave a message. Never get a call back. Have to call again during business hours.
