### 1/5 — Awful. The app crashes consistently

*2022-03-08, version 10015*

This app consistently crashes and will not open when the application is tapped. In order to use the application the phone has to be restarted AND / OR uninstalled and reinstalled. More often than not I have had to reinstall this app to get it to work. The issue has persisted across three iPhones that I have had. An update for this app is beyond overdue. This app is despicable. I have not even mentioned the prehistoric layout which is self explanatory.
