Please replace the picture of that girl & put the cbz logo or something else not an identifiable person.

I have tried to register for some days now, was told to visit the branch, i have done so, twice, i have called numerous times. The service has been really disappointing. Still cannot use the app.

### 2/5 — Clunky Login, Unreliable Services, and Ridiculous Charges

The login process is unnecessarily complicated. Why press “Login”, enter a PIN, then press “Login” again? It’s inefficient. 
The picture of a person on the login screen also feels pointless.
You get charged just for viewing your balance, which is ridiculous. Airtime top-ups for Econet, NetOne, and ZOL/Liquid Telecom are very unreliable—most fail. You’re often charged with no top-up received. ZESA prepaid token purchases are also frequently down.

This app is only good for checking balances. Payments are made but nothing goes through even though it says successful. Remaining balances are the same after a payment. Very inconsistent and not reliable!

Self registration for non cbz bank customers who wants to register for cbz touch wallet is not functioning, it's freezing. Solve the problem

This is an excellent convenient mobile app.

The App promotes financial inclusion and is very convenient. You can send money to any mobile number and the recipient will be able to access the money from any CBZ ATM 24/7.
