It just says "Connecting" endlessly. A waste of my day that I'll never get back. ### 1/5 — Useless *2013-03-20, version 1.11* This app is useless it connects once then when you come back to your car all it does is say connecting even if you turn off the car connecting remains on the screen until you stop it or your battery goes flat. Please fix. ### 1/5 — Total Pants! *2013-02-19, version 1.11* I had this professionally installed in to a BMW X5 with a kit supplied by Bury that said it was made for iPhone. I use an iPhone 4S. The list of faults is endless: Voice recognition commands are flaky. It goes to the head menu frequently when just listening to the car radio. The messages function does not work at all. The volume between phone calls and the radio is badly matched. To make a phone call you have to turn the audio up full. When the call is ended the audio comes back in at full volume. Picking up incoming calls is difficult and see the issue above. The phone invariably won't connect to the system. When playing music from the iPhone the BMW sat nav directions are not heard. The volume mutes but the directions can't be heard. On long phone calls the app quits and the phone shuts down. To use you have to manually switch the phone back on and re open the app. This is an expensive system that should supply a better service than it does. I'm returning this to the installers to see what they can do but if the issues aren't resolved ill be asking for my money back 😡 ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2013-01-18, version 1.11* I can not use it. If it gets sorted I'll write a good review. If not and I have to lump not being able to access my actual contacts on the device in the car, then this bad feedback stands. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — What a load of Rubbish *2019-04-28, version 1.16* Installing the hardware into my car, easy Downloading the app, easy Connecting me phone, easy Actually using the app, impossible To make a call I have to dial from the phones software (like making a regular call) otherwise trying to call using the app just will just display busy and disconnects from the hardware. Once I’ve waited a minute or so for it to reconnect and I have made the call on my phones software, the call then doesn’t come through my speakers until 10-15 seconds into the call, people will hang up on me thinking I’m not there. Receiving a call is a similar experience, the bury will not cut into the radio or display on the app. Therefore I have to answer on the phones software, defeating the whole reason for a Bluetooth and then have to wait 10-15 to connect through the speakers. Seriously do not waste your money on this rubbish, I feel total robbed at how bad this is. I uninstalled it as quick as i installed it. Dont waist ur time with it. All seems a bit unsupported which is a shame really because this could be a really useful app. Guess Ill just see if any updates get it all sorted. ### 1/5 — Waste of money *2013-06-13, version 1.11* I've only got this to work once and it's a waste of money. I just use it to hold my iPhone for the sat nav function now which makes a very expensive bracket. Just for the record - the blue tooth is showing that its connected but the app just keeps buzzing round saying its trying to connect. I've rebooted everything, checked and double checked. It hasn't all been plane sailing, had some installation issues in the beginning. The app would power down every time I put my foot on the brake. This has been resolved by obtaining the power from the cigarette lighter. It had some issues with powering up this took forever sometimes but Bury have updated the App and now it works instantaneously. The sound is crystal clear with no feed back or echoing. Christian at Bury UK was very helpful, can't fault their customer service. One happy bunny. If it wasn't for the App problem I would have given 10/10. ### 4/5 — No problem after firmware update *2013-08-08, version 1.11* You have to update the car kit firmware otherwise the app just sits there trying to connect.
