The stories are good but through an episode or in between it pauses and you have to wait minutes too long to continue and even reload to get it going.

I find myself opening the app and closing it immediately because every time I open it, even in the same day, it will pop the privacy preferences open.  It is annoying, I will not renew my subscription if this doesn’t get fixed. There are other very competitive apps when it comes to contents that handle this better. Please work on a fix.

I just now Mon May 26, 2025, renewed a subscription for 1 week cost $19.99, it supposedly ends June 2, 2025. It has now been 20mins since I've done this successful transaction and, nothing. Please activate or refund.

I sent customer service a message several times with no response or results. Now I have to put in a claim with Apple.

Just downloaded this app today and it keeps reverting to episode one. It’s not remembering which episode I last watched. Also, it didn’t give you rewards, I logged in and it’s supposed to give me 100 points and it never did. And it took my points but never opened a new episode.

Their dramas are very attractive. When I encountered a problem, I contacted them and they helped me solve it very well. At first, I didn't want to recharge. I signed in every day and saved some bonus to watch the drama. You can also unlock the drama by watching ads. There are 5 chances every day. However, if you see a drama you like very much, you really can't help but top up.

I think this is a good app, with a wide variety of short drama themes, discount activities, and the ability to unlock through check-in and watching ads. There is one thing that makes me feel terrible. After updating the app, my viewing, check-in, and unlocking records disappeared. The customer service told me that it is not possible to recover the visitors’s records, and only after logging into the account can my records be retained. What a pity!
