Introducing the CC St Cloud Mental Health portal – your comprehensive mobile app for simplifying your mental health care journey with Granite City Counseling and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St Cloud. With this tool, you can receive appointment reminders, schedule and cancel appointments, as well as seamlessly complete necessary paperwork. The Catholic Charities St Cloud Mental Health portal will help host secure telehealth video sessions with your providers. Our innovative platform provides a positive experience, making communication with your mental health care providers an effortless process. 

Convenient Appointment Management:  

Never miss an important appointment again with timely appointment reminders. You can customize how you receive and respond to your reminders and cancellations. 

Streamlined Documentation Management:  

The portal allows you to conveniently review, sign, and manage forms online. It enables you to upload insurance cards and other important documents securely. 

Safe and Secure Telehealth Video Sessions:  

The portal directly connects you to telehealth video visits quickly and easily. This allows you to connect from the comfort of your own space where your conversations are private and protected.
