This app doesn’t work so much of the time that it is frustratingly unreliable. I can't ever track my finances because it never updates. ### 1/5 — So bad *2025-05-02* This app has great features once you can get into it, but it takes way too long to think after logging in and only sometimes shows current info IF you can get it to refresh which it often won’t do at all. It just buffers. All 4 of my family has the exact same complaint and we have all updated the app and done everything possible on our end. Makes it hard to run our businesses. Half the time you attempt a transaction it just swirls forever. Reload and try again and it works. I tried adding new deposits for an account and it lets you do one at a time. She helped me when I had a fraud issue recently. I was freaking out and felt like I was left hanging by my old bank. Amy was compassionate and helpful.
