### 2/5 — Won’t connect to Alexa anymore

*2025-12-08, version 1.0.9*

Love the fan, but it doesn’t connect to Alexa anymore and that was why I bought this fan, as it doesn’t come with a remote. -_-
Please fix that!!!

### 2/5 — Fan

*2024-07-18, version 1.0.7*

Worked great for 2 weeks and now it’s a battle to be able to turn it off and on. It won’t connect to Bluetooth. Arrr!

### 2/5 — Does not connect to alexa

*2023-03-27, version 1.0.5*

The device or account could be easily linked to Alexa previously but it fails to connect or re link now

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Scenes do not work

*2026-07-08, version 1.1.0*

I needed this app to control the fan and turn it on at 10 PM and off at 9 AM. Absolutely none of the scenes work. I sent a message with screenshots to the authors and have never gotten a reply. Bottom line, I can manually connect to the fan and turn it on and off but I cannot create any automation scenes, the functionality I paid extra for.

### 1/5 — It doesn’t connect to our phones!!

*2026-05-21, version 1.0.9*

If I knew beforehand that I wouldn’t be able to connect this expensive A/C system to my phone I never would’ve wasted my money!! The app doesn’t even have the most expensive the model I purchased listed.. Nor does the app even have “room air conditioner” like it shows in the manual.. There is NO pairing this device no matter what I try!! Totally unacceptable!!

### 1/5 — Heater tried to burn house down

*2025-12-11, version 1.0.9*

Not only would I be homeless if I was not home to put out the sparks but there is no customer service to speak of. For the sake of your lives do not buy these products

### 1/5 — No longer works with Alexa

*2025-11-10*

Account linking is broken, and it has been this way for a long time. Tons of other people are saying the same thing in reviews. There is no way you’re not aware of the problems. You guys ripped all of us off. Never trusting this brand again.

### 1/5 — Alexa stopped working

*2025-09-21, version 1.0.9*

I love when I buy expensive things and then the manufacturer removes features later. What a joke.
Alexa no longer works with my fan, and no matter how many times I try to relink it, it does not work. Only the app through Bluetooth works now.

### 1/5 — No longer works with Alexa

*2024-04-18, version 1.0.7*

I’ve heard many say the same thing - no longer appears to work with Alexa. Guess this fan is heading for the trash. I’ll buy a different brand.

### 1/5 — The Comfort Zone App appears to be closed

*2024-03-27, version 1.0.7*

My fan suddenly stopped communicating with Alexa on 03/27/2024. I tried to sign in to the App to reconnect Bluetooth, only to discover that the Comfort Zone App is no longer working. The fan can only be controlled manually but not as a Bluetooth device.

### 1/5 — I wish I would’ve considered buying another fan WITH A REMOTE!

*2022-08-02, version 1.0.4*

I was so excited buying this fan thinking it would be so different with the 6 blades and wi-fi so I could just use my phone to adjust the speed and everything BUT it’s been terrible realizing that everyone else in the household can’t just grab a remote and do the same thing IF I just would have got a fan with a remote! NOW, I got a new router and I can NOT get the app and the fan to link up to it no matter what I do!! Over and over I’ve been wasting time with this thing!! Uninstalling- reinstalling- following directions- bla bla bla! All I want is to control my fan from my recliner that is less than 10 feet away and to be able to turn it off if need be. Being disabled really takes a toll on me so I would love this luxury to work! This wasn’t work the $$. :(

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2022-06-13, version 1.0.4*

Worse directions I have ever seen, as well as not being able to find any better instructions for setting up pairing online.

The app is not helpful when it comes to pairing AT ALL.

Website is not helpful at all, and does not look like the fan I purchased.

### 2/5 — Not Apple (Siri/shortcuts) compatible

*2026-04-09, version 1.0.9*

The app is decently designed, allowing you even to create your own tap to run automation. But it would be better if you could add those tap to run shortcuts to iPhone shortcuts and run them with Siri.

## Most praised reviews (9 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I love this fan!

*2026-05-10, version 1.0.9*

I wish it would keep the same settings after you turn the fan off and back on. I have to speed it back up every time. Annoying

### 5/5 — Make sure WiFi is 2.4G!

*2024-11-06, version 1.0.8*

If you’re having trouble connecting to WiFi, make sure it’s connected to your 2.4G wifi and NOT your 5G WiFi. Once it’s connected, app works great. Simple features.

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-02-02, version 1.0.7*

Just bought a fan of Amazon and it’s fantastic

### 5/5 — Good fan

*2022-07-14, version 1.0.4*

Two things can be said about this unit.
#1. Its quieter than any other fan we have or have had. #2. It can be turned on from anywhere with a tablet or an iPhone. We will acquire two more today.

### 3/5 — OK but does not pair with Alexa

*2025-06-03, version 1.0.9*

The app will not link with Alexa as advertised. No explanation given with the error. This needs to be fixed!!

### 3/5 — App won’t connect

*2023-07-21, version 1.0.5*

Love the fan itself. It’s quiet and powerful. It cools my open floor plan. However, I purchased this model because of the timer function and being able to use my open to operate it. The app won’t connect to my Wi-Fi! Had I known that I wouldn’t t have purchased this one. It’s a bittersweet situation. Love the fan, hate the app doesn’t work.

### 3/5 — My review

*2022-08-04, version 1.0.4*

I absolutely love how you can connect this from your phone but unfortunately my fan fell apart within a month of having it

### 3/5 — the fan is nice 🤷🏻‍♀️

*2022-06-17, version 1.0.4*

the app is really confusing like why is it telling me i have to do something to my wifi in order for the fan to connect to the app i feel like they could’ve just made a remote instead it would be less confusing and more beneficial.
