I tried and retake it a dozen times and still not able to record entire 30 seconds. I only shared my auto accident deets with my insurance company and was encouraged to use the app for the estimate. No accident report filed as it was a hit and run accident. No social media posts about it, just Amica and the app. Their policy shows they share data but kind of expected new car calls, not a call from a pain clinic!!! Shady app that’s shares your data! Save your time and do not use the app! ### 1/5 — Better for your insurance company’s pocket book *2018-03-09, version 4.1* I’m sure the app is great and achieves what it says it does. The one star is for the fact that insurance companies are using this to pay you less money for your claim. I work at a body shop and write estimates. I’ve been doing this for about 9 years. Most of these that I see that have already been written don’t cover half of what you should’ve actually been reimbursed. No biggy if you’re getting repairs done as the shop can supplement, but if you are cashing out then you are probably due more money. You pay in, but they try their hardest not to pay out. They cannot make you use it.
