### 2/5 — Camera

*2023-04-04, version 23.2*

After the latest iOS update, the volume buttons quit working when taking photos.
Also, the app needs the ability to add photos from the camera roll.

### 2/5 — Photos

*2022-05-26, version 22.1*

Need to be able to add photos from camera roll like the repair facility version

### 2/5 — Scanner not working any longer

*2018-10-19, version 18.4*

I’ve used this for over a year and rarely ever had issues with scanning VINs unless it was a Hyundai. Now it rarely ever scans anything. I checked my camera lens on my iPhone, wipe the vin, but nothing works. Even in the shade and on flat surface Vins it no longer scans them. Crazy that it worked so well for so long and ever since their last update likely it doesn’t work right.

### 3/5 — Camera Roll

*2016-09-19, version 1.4.1*

I would love to be able to add a photo to a CCC file from the camera roll. Like when you arrive to the tow lot and go in the office and take a photo of the tow bill before you see the vehicle. Be nice to be able to then add that photo to the CCC file after you've scanned the VIN.

### 2/5 — Bad Times

*2014-07-18, version 1.2.1*

Cannot open. Hogwash.

### 2/5 — Works?

*2013-11-23, version 1.1.1*

Works frat on my iPad. Will not go past authenticating on the iPhone. Is there a fix for this? I use my phone for pics anyway would love to just put them in the file without connecting to my computer.

### 1/5 — appraisal tool for insurance companies.

*2013-07-23, version 1.0*

Really? We shop owners have been sitting on the last version of CCC ONE Tablet since before christmas. We need the ability to write estimates at the vehicle more than anything else you guys are working on. The other CCC ONE Mobile app does almost all that this app does. Why not update that one? (it hasn't been updated since 2011)

For the most part, I like the tools you provide for us and I'm probably one of your biggest fans in our area but I get the feeling that you guys are now catering to the insurance companies and have left us to fall to the wayside. I can't download estimates for Allstate from you? When I called to get the prifile information, I was told by tech support that Allstate had their own version of CCC ONE. Really?

Come on guys, get it together and update our (shop owners) mobile software.

### 1/5 — Network Connection Lost Error

*2019-02-16, version 18.4*

Keep getting message that network connection was lost. App does me no good if it doesn’t work. Every other app on my phone works fine.

### 1/5 — Scanner no longer works

*2018-11-28, version 18.4*

Title says it all. Use to work on about 80% of the VIN numbers. Now works about 10% of the time. CCC tech suggested to try better lighting. Come on! And please add access to the camera roll.

### 1/5 — App will not open

*2014-08-02, version 1.2.1*

### 5/5 — Amazing Tool

*2016-05-10*

As an insurance adjuster, it makes life so much easier!! Specially with the new update, no annoying pause in between photos!

### 4/5 — Ok update

*2019-06-03, version 19.4*

Like the new design, don’t like where when you take pics of the vin and license plate and you download to ccc program it doesn’t include the mileage/license plate automatically. Other than that ok so far.

### 4/5 — Love it!!

*2018-12-14, version 18.4*

This is a great app and allows me to add pictures and invoices to my files in an instant!! Only things I would change are please take the time stamp off the bottom of the pictures...it is constanly blocking invoice totals and parts of my pictures...also please make it so that I can scan a vin tag after the file has already been created on our desktop. There is no way to scan a vin after a file has been created already. Otherwise I love this app and it saves me a ton of time!

### 4/5 — Manual VIN entry

*2018-10-03, version 18.4*

It would be extremely helpful if after a VIN is manually entered there was a decode button. This way if there was an edit to be made, it could be corrected without retyping the entire 17 digits.

### 4/5 — Great app, has room for improvement as follows.

*2017-11-07, version 17.6*

1- History button should also be available on the initial screen.

2- History should hold at least the last 20 claims/cars.

3- You should be able to rescan the VIN at any time and be able to add supplemental photos to the claim. (Don’t think it does that currently?)

4- Camera button should still be exposed after taking a photo. It goes away and shows you the “retake” button instead. Remember as an appraiser, we often have a laptop and or an umbrella on top of the camera. One handed operations mean productivity.

5- THE BIG ONE for me would be the camera button acknowledges or acts as the “use” button. Right now it goes away. When you can take a pic, and if you like it, hit the shutter button again which takes the next photo. I could walk around the vehicle just clicking away if the photos are clear.

6- Once you’ve decoded the VIN, the plus button should be bigger and a circle with a plus sign.

7- When adding a manual ViN, the numbers and letters should be a little bigger and all on the same page QWERTY style.

8- Once you enter the VIN, it should be larger also to make it more legible. Most of us use iPhones 6.

9- Replace the “Headrests” button with an “Engine” pre-labeled button.

Please at least give me number FIVE and I will appreciate you so much. Thank you for your time.

### 4/5 — The Only Thing I Would Change Is...

*2016-06-14, version 1.4*

The only complaint I have about the latest version of the app is that it would be nice if the "+" to add a photo was at the bottom of the screen. This would allow one handed operation of the app more possible. When using an iPhone 6 or 6s it's impossible to reach the "+" with your thumb. It would just be more convenient.

### 4/5 — Good, not great

*2015-04-14, version 1.3*

Coming from a body shop to being an adjuster has been fun. Biggest thing I missed was the CCCone app. Very thankful I just discovered this app, but it still leaves much to be desired. This does cut down the need to lug my camera everywhere and makes it very easy to upload photos to my work files. I wish my pending claims would show up on dashboard though so I could click into whatever work file I want... However I will make due. Thank you so much !!

### 4/5 — User ID and password

*2014-06-09, version 1.2.1*

How do you register for a user ID and password

### 3/5 — It’s OK

*2020-08-31, version 20.12*

Needs the ability to add photos from Camera Roll. Scans VINs 50% of the time, very hit or miss. Ability to add more than 60 photos would be helpful.

### 3/5 — Not bad, but...

*2018-02-13, version 17.9*

Minor additions would make a HUGE difference.

When I first got the app I was able to copy & paste into the app. This was helpful because if I couldn’t get a VIN or QR code to scan (i.e. every Korean car ever made, and most Chevys) I could back out of the app, copy the VIN from another place (usually the assignment that I paste into my calendar), then paste it into the app. Also, when I have multiple pics that will all have the same name this is helpful. For whatever reason you can’t paste into the app now. Not sure why, but this is a huge (HUGE) pain- my fat sausage fingers do not type well on a phone especially when wet, greasy, frozen, etc.

Also- someone else suggested this- the ability to add photos from the camera roll would be very helpful. Along with this the ability to add photos to the camera roll from the app would be great also.

Someone else wrote a review that said to add an engine compartment photo preset in place of headrests. I’d prefer you left headrests & added engine in place of exterior- that is a useless preset, the headrests one I actually use.

Last- is it possible to add a text scanner as a 4th scanning option? Something like they have for scanning credit cards.
