Please fix as I have to manually take each photo now and clear the prompt every photo ### 3/5 — Photo Uploading Erros *2026-05-27, version 26.9* Making quality changes and good updates. But please fix the uploading of photos. Trying to view it on CCC on a desktop but it shows a red ( X ) on the corrupted photos Sometimes it doesn’t do this, but it’s happening a lot more frequently than it has in the last 2 years. ### 2/5 — Too comfy *2023-12-05, version 23.14* I’m going to try to focus on the app. CCC has been around plenty long enough to be able to integrate estimating into the app. They’ve been comfy with minimal competition so long that it’s like they refuse to make any attempt at a clean user-friendly, modern interface. Desktop has looked early 2000s for a long time. The features regarding customer contact are so clunky and annoying that most shops don’t use them. It could be SO GREAT. Yet they choose mediocrity because there’s no real competition. Also, at the end of the day, their ultimate goal is to take our jobs with AI, after using estimators everywhere for their data input. Upsetting all around. ### 2/5 — Some nice features but…. *2023-11-24, version 23.14* Some features are great and you can easily view ROs but you are unable to search by RO and also work orders do not work. I am unable to see any work orders or work logged by technicians. It always shows nothing on the app but when I view on the desktop I can see all of the work done by various technicians. Not sure why but photo files are always WAY TOO BIG when taken in the CCC APP!! I always have to save files from ccc onto my desktop, resize them then put back into ccc. It’s a major inconvenience and takes up a huge amount of time. Can y’all fix this please!! I have a new iPhone. I’m not sure how I can fix this on my end! Any suggestions would be appreciated. I understand the idea behind it, but it’s not ready for prime time. Couple suggestions I have since upgrading to the iPhone 12 Pro Max the bar code scanner does not work a lot of the times. Especially on any barcode that has a slight curve to it Ford is notorious for their placement on a slight angle. Didn’t have this problem as much til the phone upgrade. Also could you allow labeling pictures as you take them instead of taking 5 photos then going back and labeling each individual photo if they could be labeled as they are taken would speed things up. Thank you Update 3/7/23 barcode scanner still needs work upgrades to iPhone 14 pro max and virtually any barcode has issues scanning especially if they are on a curved surface like Mazdas are notorious for ### 5/5 — Great App *2022-11-11, version 22.16* Definitely a very helpful tool to have on your phone with this application. Able to quickly check if parts are ordered, if something was added to an estimate, and even check photos to see if something was missing when the vehicle came in. Only gripes I have is I would like to be able to add some things to the estimate from my mobile device and possibly be able to order the parts straight from the app if it’s something we have already integrated on the desk top version. Other thing is I have it crash or not want to load a few times throughout the day, not sure if that’s an Apple issue or an app update issue.
