A great bank with excellent customer service makes it easy to pay my car loan using the app.

This biggest problem I encounter is mobile deposit! I do not like that Deposits are not posted in timely manner unlike my USAA account. Also constant ridiculous rejections that affect your deposit being posted to your account, like when I capture a picture front & back of check it is super clear I have screenshots of when I use the app to deposit but when the app sends it to bank for whatever reason it’s converted to black and white and it is blurred so it’s rejected for poor quality but what I took and see is 100% clear (this is an app error that needs to be fixed).

This new billing is not as good as it was.  It’s confusing, I see double or duplicate printout of same thing.

The new app doesn’t take mobile deposits as easily as it once did several attempts to even get one deposit completed. The layout is horrible. Transaction ledger doesn’t give sub totals no more. It is far from an improvement from previous app. Not happy I’m sure I’m not the only one.

I don’t like the way that all transactions(debits) show on front page without identifying which account they are associated with.

CCFCU changed everything midstream without my permission and now I can’t access my checking or savings accounts. I tried calling after 15 minutes I finally opted for a call back without losing my place in line it has now been an hour and no call back. I don’t think they have a clue what they are doing.
