To answer your question the pricing history charts aren't for tracking eBay sales. They log daily price estimates and are a work in progress. To get the estimates we feed in both sales and listing data from multiple marketplaces into our model. Different factors affect the weighting of the model and estimates are still improving over time as we get more data.
