Can’t get anything to load. And now it’s tax season and my advisors want us to use this. They’ve had since September to fix this - and it still doesn’t work. I’ve read the other reviews. Get your act together! When I went to find other docs to scan in it logged me out automatically for inactivity. When I tried to log back in, only the “Welcome Please select service to continue” screen appeared but nothing else. When it works, it’s great, but 80% of the time I get a screen that says loading after I’ve taken quite a bit of time to login. The loading screen will last indefinitely. So I have to close the app re-login again, and hope that it will actually let me use the app. Also, when you check the box that says remember me for 30 days, it never remembers you.
