You can choose to take a random question quiz, quick 10 quiz, timed quiz, past errors quiz, quiz by subject and a mock exam. The questions are formatted well and the rationales are good. To me, the questions on this app didn’t mimic the questions in the ccm exam at all. But, the app did help me learn the information and pass the exam, so I give it 4 stars.
