Also, easy to track the status. ### 4/5 — Worked well previously... but now bugs... does not even open.. *2020-09-07, version 1.0.4* The latest version... does not even open. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.. entered phone number and OTP... but it does not open the app... it says ‘OTP and phone number fields missing’! Though it took a while (nearly a month), my two complaints of sewage water overflow and streetlights not working ... were finally resolved. Almost any aspect of the corporation’s responsibilities can be complained about... from streetlights, drinking water, sewage, garbage to bad roads. Take some photos, choose your ward and area and send a brief complaint... you will get a complaint ID... and sms messages when it is being attended to and when completed! It fails when it comes to implementation though. As others pointed out, there is no way to find out an ETA or monitor the progress. We are left at the mercy of whomever the complaint was assigned to. They might, sometimes, happily choose to close the complaint without providing any resolution. If this is not fixed, then the app will soon be forgotten. In my case, 2 of the complaints were actioned swiftly.
