## What is CCPAP?

CCPAP应用以中华慈善总会多吉美慈善援助项目的业务流程出发，按照患者、医生两套独立使用场景，借助人性化的“一键式”操作界面，直观、简洁地呈现项目流程中的各项操作环节，通过移动互联技术，实现病理报告、医学资料及小视频影像上传，让入组患者与注册医生之间轻松实现远程医学随访，有效减少了传统大病随访为患者及家属带来的种种不便，以高效的随访效率，让患者更为便捷地领取到免费援助药品，有效改善我国大病肿瘤领域患者“随访难、领药难”的现状。

本应用兼容文字发布及拍照上传的线上客服功能，能够有效延展电话客服仅靠语音的唯一服务模式，以更直观、更精确的服务方式，主动为入组患者（及潜在入组患者）解决流程疑问，提升患者项目申请材料、医学随访材料填报的精准度和通过率。

中慈助医应用以我国大病肿瘤（肝癌、肾癌）患者申请慈善援助项目的核心诉求出发，有效改善项目申请、医学随访，领取援助药品等环节上的体验度。
