It may be just me but I’ve found that they utilize extraoficial terms for conditions that I had not seen before through practice of through the AACN. I’ve also encountered a couple trick questions that justify the rationale on a technicality rather than standard of care. Also, some of the rationales are not very clear. There are constantly typos and wording issues that not only make many questions confusing, but sometimes unreadable. These also may lead to you choosing the wrong answer. I’ve found another app with better content and costs less for the premium subscription that actually provides references for the correct answers (and many more tests so I can just go back to it should I choose to pursue further certification).
