## What is CCRR Staff?

CCRR Staff is the official record-keeping app for Cedar Creek Rescue & Rehabilitation sanctuary team members. Designed for the realities of shelter work — quick entries between feedings, medical updates from the clinic, behaviour notes from the play yard — it keeps every staff member working from the same live information.

KEEP EVERY ANIMAL'S STORY IN ONE PLACE
Track each animal in your care with a complete digital record:
- Name, species, breed, sex, age, and intake date
- Microchip ID and identification details
- Current status (Available, Quarantine, Medical Hold, Foster, Adopted, Returned)
- Medical history and treatment notes
- Behaviour observations and temperament notes
- General notes for anything else that matters

LIVE UPDATES, EVERY SHIFT
Update a record on your phone during morning rounds — the evening team sees the change instantly. No more outdated whiteboards, no more "did anyone log this?" Every staff member sees the latest information the moment it's saved.

BUILT FOR SHELTER WORK
- Fast search across every animal record
- Mobile-friendly forms designed for one-handed use
- Clear status badges so you can see at a glance who needs attention
- Works on phones, tablets, and computers — same data, same place

DESIGNED FOR CCRR
This app is purpose-built for CCRR sanctuary staff. It is not a public adoption platform — it is an internal tool for the team caring for our animals every day.
